John R. Randolph is a highly regarded figure in the entertainment industry, with nearly three decades of experience in production, marketing, and sales. During this time, Randolph played a pivotal role in discovering, nurturing, and launching some of the industry's most successful directors.

Directors such as Paul Hunter, Darren Grant, Marcus Raboy, The Hughes Brothers, and many others chose Randolph to collaborate on their music video projects. Randolph's influence can be seen in over 500 music videos, featuring a roster of top artists including Beyoncé & Destiny’s Child, Jay Z, Kanye West, Missy, T.I., E-40, Common, Outkast, Aaliyah, and more.

For over a decade, Randolph led The Visual Artists Agency, where he pioneered impactful multi-cultural marketing strategies for Warner Brothers Home Entertainment. Recently, Randolph decided to pursue his passion for the visual arts by capturing the behind-the-scenes action of Film and Television production.
